Whether a CA is required to prepare the XBRL report or it is the job of cs and how is there format available or software the data available is about taxanomy and whether a company having paid up capital above 5 crores but not listed is required to comply with it.

The company has to prepare the report but the chartered accountant will have to certify it. As per current circulars, a company having paid up capital of more than 5 crores has to comply with above provisions.
