dear sir, i wanted to know about how to make filing of balance sheet and profit and loss in xbrl mode, whether any software to converte the file in xbrl mode. how the xbrl is working.

XBRL is a new concept and this time not applicable for all companies...
however very soon mca or xbrl provide a software of XBRL mode.... this time pls not to buy any software because it can be changed .. buy only after when MCA notify it completly
