22 October 2012 1. Is XBRL is compulsory or volunatary ?

2. Is there any penelty for non filling or late filling of XBRL ?

3. What documents / inforamation required for file XBRL ?

4. Company have to file XBRL for 2010-11 or for 2011-12 only (in case of incorporated before 2010-11) ?

5. What will be the cost of filling XBRL (In case of outsourcing) ?

OR

Pl mention, steps (one by one in ascending order) to file balance sheet / profit & loss in XBRL
format.

No additional document is required , all document which is required for non-XBRL will apply to same for XBRL. No additional documents demand by XBRL procedure.

The cost of XBRL filing is depend on professionals who undertake to file it.
