27 April 2014 I have filled my IT return for AY 2012-13 on 16.04.2014 without receiving notice u/s 142 wrongly. Now CPC transfer the matter to my AO for verification. Is there any penalty for this or any other things. ... Please help me...?

27 April 2014 In layman's language, if there is tax payable in your ITR, penalty will be attracted. If no tax payable was there, no penalty.
