Wrong PAN in TDS Certificate

Sir,
Please tell me, I have received a TDS certificate mentioning wrong PAN No. on it but my name and address is correct.
1. Can I identify the PAN No. AABCS4842R
2. What should I do to claim it.
And also please tell me the TDS details for some transactions are also not matching and some transactions are missing , so what can I do ?
Please suggest me in this regard.

This PAN is invalid (Not Alloted)

Ask the deductor to give you correct TDS certificate showing correct PAN and covering all payments on which they have deducted Tax at source.
