Wrong name in income tax data base

06 April 2016 My name is Gautam Pal. However in Income tax data base it is shown as Gautam Gautam Pal. In PAN Card it is Gautam Pal. Due to this I am unable to link my Adhar Card because in Adhar Card the Name is Gautam Pal. How to correct the name in income tax data base? Pls help.
