Wrong bank account number

Kindly help me with the below query.
Wrong Bank account numbers have been entered in the ITR-1 of other individual which were actually of his father. So now what should be done while filing the ITR of Father regarding bank accounts to be entered in his ITR? Will it be fine if i correctly enter the Bank accounts in ITR of father which were wrongly entered in ITR of Son? Will there be an issue of same accounts in both the returns? in both the returns there is no refund.
Please answer as soon as possible

is in this bank account both are joint holder

No problem. Same account can be mentioned in both ITR, provided both are joint holders in the same account.
