we got works contract(turn key epc project) from govt.It is fulfilling all conditions of mega exemption notification sr no 12. Can we claim it as exempt service as we pay service tax under works contracts category and exemption is avliable only to construction, erection, commissioning.... etc as in sr no 12 works contract service is missing
