Hi freinds
one of my freind is CS of company. Her company is going for IPO. now days she is working with merchant banker team till 1-3am for 2 weeks.
are merchant bankers works till this time at client desk
There is no other lady in whole team of 8 members.
Tell me the in which condition will she have to work like this ?
Is there any law for lady employee for working hours & timing?
and
whate is the company responcibilty in this situation for the same employee

In this situation your friend can check the code of conduct of the company and HR policy and can complain to the Legal Department or Settlement Officer,if available in the company.
