I heard that for winding up of a company and striking off the name from records of registrar we need to file STK-2. Can you please help me to know the date limits of filing STK-2 if any?

There are three requirement as far as the date of filing is concerned.
1. Failed to do business with in 1 year of its incorporation.
2. Company is not carrying business for a period of 2 immediately preceding years
3. Statement of accounts accompanying STK-2 should be made up to a day not be more than 30 days before the date of the application.
