Will my articleship training will extend

28 October 2015 sir i joined articleship on 27.09.2012 and took tranfer from their on 20.01.2013 with 30 days leave(16 excess) re-registered articleship on 21.01.2013 and finally it is finished on 26.09.2015 leave shown 117 . i want to ask that i have taken leave 30+117= 147 still my articleship would be extended and what will be the treatment of 16 days will it will be included in this period served or not rasap.....?

28 October 2015 why do you think you have taken EXCESS leave. 1 day leave for every 6 days worked.

30 October 2015 sir when i took tranfer from first principal on 21.01.2013 i got letter of excess 16 days leave from insitute. continuing my above query what will be the treatment for this 16 days

30 October 2015 16 days excess leave was as on that date when you left the FIRST principal.

Your leave is to be considered in a window of 3 years.... the articleship period. Dont read that 16 days leave letter in isolation. It is now history. You have come to the close of your articleship. The excess leave, if any, of 16 days has been duly covered up by you in your second principal's articleship tenure. So relax.
