sir,
my friend is last 4 year salaried employee. he wants to purchase fix asset. How many Limit for investment as per his IT record. what is batter Option for investment by cash/cheque view of income tax. He don't want to taken any loan from bank his income as per IT return 96000, 150000, 204000, 264000 respectly 2009-10, 2010-11, 2011-12, 2012-13.
pls. if any calculation method so Provide in the Details.

if u dont want to take loan, you initial investment cannot exceed your declared income plus any exempted income such as gifts received from family etc.
