06 July 2015 FOR LISTED LIMITED COMPANY YEAR ENDS MARCH 2015. CAN THE FINAL AUDIT REPORT AND FINANCIAL STATEMENTS BE DATED 23/6/2015. A NEW SET OF DIRECTORS HAVE BEEN APPOINTED ON 15/6/2015. QUERY IS : WHICH DIRECTORS SHALL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS ? NEW DIRECTORS OR OLD ? PLEASE GUIDE

The final audit report and financial statements can be dated 23/6/2015. There is no issue. A person who is director on 23/6/2015, can sign the balance sheet. So new director can also sign the balance sheet as their appointment date is 15/6/2015.
