Who are parties for huf deed on e stamp..?

08 September 2016 I want to ask, if a huf deed is formed on e-stamp than we have to mention parties name on the e-stamp. My query is who are the parties to be mentioned on e-stamp. Is it the person who is gifting money for starting huf as - party 1 and huf as- party ?? Kindly reply to the query
