Financial Year - 2014-15

Income from salary - Zero ( reason - out of job)

Income from other sources (1,00,000) break up as below.
1) Had claimed PF, TDS deducted when disbursing the amount.
2) Bank FD interest

Note : I have checked form 26AS and it shows the TDS details for PF and Bank FD.

For Bank FD i had forgot to submit Form 15G, i have corrected by mistake for the current year.

Question -
Since my income for FY 14-15 is below taxable limit can I file returns and claim back the TDS deducted while disbursing PF and FD interest? Both ?

OR just the TDS on FD interest ?

if yes what ITR form should i fill ?

15 April 2015 you can file ITR -1.

15 April 2015 I file my returns using the quick e-file on Income Tax website.

Will the PF need to be shown as income ?

Under what head should PF as income be shown ?

And

Under what head should bank FD interest be shown as income ?

15 April 2015 pf is to be shown as salary income. FD interest as income from other sources.

If you still have doubts, better hire a CA to file the return for you.

also please note return for FY 2014-15 is not available yet
