Dear All,
I have entered into a contract with the UK company with no PE in India to provide the accountancy service in India. The amount received is in dollars.
Though this is type of export service but my yearly remuneration will cross 10 Lacs, so do I need to get registered under Service Tax and need to charge / Pay service tax under its current rule.

As service is rendered in India as per place of provision of service Rules service tax payable get registered under service tax pay service tax.
