my co., hire a office a rent and monthly rent is Rs, 20,000/- and service provider is not registered under GST, now GST on rent payable under RCM goes to My co. whether i can skip from paying GST under RCM. if bill is received weekly.

The rental is also entire monthly basis transaction. So, above said way is not correct....
