whether gift from non realtive on occation of marriage received after one month of marriage is taxable?

not taxable becouse its relates to occation of marriage.but you need to proove that its for marriage.

BETTER TO MAKE A GIFT DEED. SINCE THE GIFT IS RECEIVED 1 MONTH AFTER MARRIAGE.
