Dear experts,
My client has got 2 SOP Flats and now she wants to sell both the flats and wants to invest full proceeds in to a new residential SOP flat, whether she is eligible to get exemption u/s 54. Please reply as soon as possible and oblige.

Yes she will be entitled to get exemption u/s 54 if all conditions of section 54 are fulfilled.
