Where to do Artlicleship?

08 January 2009 My sister is doing articleship and has already completed a year. Now the company in which she was working was troubling her and forcing her to quit her b.com (as she asked for leave to fulfill the attendance criteria which was a matter of six months). She had to leave that firm as her boss did not agree. Now she is having trouble in looking out for a firm which could be flexible enough to give her leave on & off before her exams for few days(as prescribed in the CA rules). She is unable to find a good CA in delhi. Could you suggest what should be done in order to complete B.Com , CA Coaching and CA artilcleship together?
Can she complete her artilcleship from any state if she is doing the course from Delhi?
Also, how many times can see take termination/transfer?
Please respond as I am really really worried about my sister.

08 January 2009 Thanks for your reply. I need to know, my sister is doing 'Regular' graduation from a college in delhi and has already given the exam of PCC,I reside in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. We know a CA in Raipur who doesn't have a registered office in Delhi.
Is it possible that she does her articleship of six months from Raipur itself (While she has shown in the CA enrollment details that she is doing a 'regular' college)? Are there chances of clashing of both the facts?
Could you alternatively suggest a few good Chatered Accountants (Preferably in north delhi around Pitampura or Connaught Place), under whom she can pursue her articleship?

09 January 2009 Please advise her to continue her articleship from Raipur and accordingly if its is possible at later stage she can take secondment at New Delhi. i.e. she can work in CA's office at New Delhi for the experience. The purpose of articleship is experience.
