Where should i file my it return.

25 July 2012 Dear Sir/ Expers, My friend is staying in Chennai and working with MNC in Chennai. But he received Form 16 indicating the address of the company in Andraplradesh Vijayawada.My query is that whether the assessee has to file his return in chennai or in Vijayawada. Please clarify me it is urgent. Thanks
