I am the student of IPCC and already i have registered for IPCC under direct entry in june 2013.Articles registration in april 2014 so wheather iam eligible to give my first attempt in nov 2015 pls reply

u need to complete only 9 months of training under this scheme for becoming eligible for ipcc exam

Yes you can most definitely give your attempt in Nov 2015. Infact you can also apply for May 2015 exam.
