what type of income i have to show for the very first time when i am filling ITR I need net income of rs 1,56,000...

i had a income but that was not by cheque so thats why i am asking for this as cash salary is totally neglected by ITO

ITO doesnt neglect any income - earned in cash or otherwise. You need to determine what was the nature of the income - salary - commission - etc etc and on the basis of the same, file appropriate tax return.
