As per my opinion you should give yourself some more time for CMA exam preparation. Fail or pass is not in your hand. As per my opinion Job will disturb your flow of preparation. So think about it.

But sir it appears like the scope of CMA now is about to diminish as giving so much time to it. I have wasted my one year over it . and I also got a call from kpmg and e n y so should I go for job? Because theoritical knowledge is of no use until it is put to practical part .

Hey! This is a common crossroads many face, so don’t stress too much. Here’s a breakdown to help you decide:
1. Job Offers from Big Firms (KPMG, EY) Are a Big Deal Getting calls from reputed firms like KPMG and EY is a great opportunity.
These firms offer excellent practical exposure, networking, and a solid career foundation.
Real work experience can sometimes teach you more than theory alone.
2. Value of CMA CMA has good value but requires dedication.
If you feel you’re stuck or losing motivation, practical experience can actually help you grasp concepts better.
Many people clear professional courses while working.
3. Pursuing M.Com Alongside Since you’re doing M.Com by distance, you can continue that alongside a job.
This way, you keep academics going without losing practical work experience.
4. Impact of Job on Studies It can be tough balancing job and CMA prep, but not impossible.
You’ll have to manage your time smartly — maybe study early mornings or weekends.
Some companies even support further studies for employees.
5. What Next? If you get an offer from KPMG or EY, seriously consider taking it.
Use the job to gain practical experience and then plan your CMA attempts accordingly.
Practical exposure may help you understand CMA concepts better and pass exams faster.
In short: If you have good job offers, taking up a job is a smart move. You can still keep preparing for CMA alongside. Don’t see this as giving up — it’s about gaining experience and growing.
