incase of capital goods what kinds of duties can be taken for cenvat credit.

If imported by manufacturer - Additional Duty of Customs (CVD) + Special Addtional Duty (SAD) Local procurement - Central Excise duty.
If Service provider then same as above except - SAD not available.
The cess on the same would also be available.
If Service provider then same as above except - SAD not available.
