MY ONE VENDOR SUBMITT THE BILL SEPRETLY LABOUR AND MATERIAL, IS WCT APPLICABLE.

11 August 2010 The work contract is where the work cannot be segregated as Material and labour and billing need to do together, there only applicable. if the both invoice are can submitted separatly, then WCT may not apply
