What is the tax treatment of amount withdrawn on NSS Scheme 1987? Is the Principal amount withdrawn at the time of maturity is taxable or not in this scheme

The amount, including interest, is taxable on withdrawal.
TDS provisions under section 194EE also applies on withdrawal.
