pls help me
we are purchaseing goods from other states (Karnataka & Tamilnadu) they are cheargeing 14.5% CST is it correct?
i knew that the CST is 2% now pls clarify me with GO / Notification

as far as concerning rate of cst it is 2%
but for tht u hv to submit C form .
If u r purchasing goods against C form then it will be 2%
in other case it will be treated as local sale and will be chargeble with local sale tax rate.

If the buyer during Inter state purchase not in a possesion to issue of Form C against the particular good purchase, hee need to pay the local VAT rate as CST
