24 September 2008 E-I is form issued by the supplier of the goods, to the person whom he had the contract for supply of goods [in this case the goods are actually not transferred to the contracted person but it will be transferred to the person whom he has been instructed] in this case basiclly three persons are invovled

E-II is also in the same nature wherein it involves more than 3 persons

E-I or E-II sales are those kind of sales where the transfer of goods is being made by trnasfer of docuemnt of title without taking actuall delivery of goods while in transit
