13 July 2009 dear sir
i have terminated on 06-03-09 (actual date), and i have sent form no 103 shawing that i have teminated on 26-03-09 by using white liuid on termination date colomn.
insitute sent letter to both , me and my CA asking exact date of termination on 15-06-09.but i can not respond.
my ca gave reply to institute that termination date 06-03-09 (actual termination date.) but i falsly increased by 20 days .this happen by me to avoid the gap in period
what should do in this case i m in cofusion
what appropriate reply should be given

14 July 2009 What ever done by you is not only very wrong but cheating. Consequences are that you can be debarred from institute immd & for ever. How ever forgetting what you have done, Just find the date & reply sent by yopur Principal CA & you also send the same date as sent by him. If need arises atleast you will not be caught in a second intentional cheating mistake, but you may have to give some reason for applying white fluid on 103, which you may give & convince the institute,& if required accepting you mistake what you did, but hence forth sware & promise to yourself not to do any acts of cheating coz cheating acts will always some day put you in a big irrepairable problem. & dont post this type of queries on a public portal it may damage you.
YOU MAY NOT REPLY TILL SECOND LETTER COMES FROM INSTITUTE, MEAN WHILE SAY AFTER FEW DAYS YOU CAN CONTACT YOUR REGIONAL OFFICE OF THE INSTITUTE WHERE YOU ARE REGISTERED & FIND IF YOUR TERMINATION IS REGISTERED & FROM WHICH DATE. IF IT IS DONE THERE THEN PREFER TO STAY QUITE ON THIS ISSUE & DO NO CORRESPONDENCE IN THIS REGARD BUT GO & REGISTER IMMD FOR ADDITIONAL 20DAYS OF ARTICLES WITH OTHER CA & YOUR PROBLEM WILL GET SOLVED
