Hi
I have a shop and i have given it on rent. now one of my relatives lawyer is suggesting me to file service tax.
Can anyone will let me know what all taxes are applicable to me?
two agreements were made rest: INR 52k
second agreement was made for amenities: INR 65K (which I feel will be taken as depreciation)
please advise ASAP

Renting of immovable property apply Service tax of Rs.10.30%. no other taxes applicable, (considered local municipal tax also apply)
