Will this cash be included in net wealth?

Individual has a motor car which is used for business purpose (proprietorship).
Will this cash be included in net wealth?

20 July 2013 yes both cash and motor car as stated above if are owned on 31.3.2013 then it will be included in welath tax return of such individual.
