22 November 2011 We are deducting the works contract tax on contract and amt.depositing in to bank But i want to know what is process to issue the WCT certificate to the deductee?

There will be form(like VAT form 156 in Karnataka)in which you have to fill up deatils and issue for each year seperately.Get that form from
your department and issue to the contractor.....MJK
