Dear Sir,
i have a query about the WCT deduct from the subcontractor will deposited or withholding us as we are the main contractor of a project, and also the contractee also deduct wct from us.
Please help me in this matter

In this case you should issue a Certificate stating that He is executing partly contract which is part of your contract and you are assessed by ????? ward having TIN, and all WCT is paid under your registration for the work executed by said sub-contractor.
