26 November 2012 Dear Sir/Madam,

Our Company is a private Ltd Co. in Rajasthan and it has received a Contract of Building on the Land of an Individual.

My question is that wheter WCT is applicable in this case and if yes then what will be the legal procedure

26 November 2012 to determine applicability of WCT .. you shall require to examine the contract entered into with the owner. Should you do construction for the owner for a consideration then it is works contract,, should it be on Joint development basis then again you shall have to determine on the basis on agreements entered into with the final buyer and the timing of entering into such agreements,
