Sir or mam,
plz tell whether bisleri water or packed drinking waters are excisable or not

If no minerals are added to the purified water then there is no excise duty charged.
but in case of bisleri water where mineral are added to the water,it is called artificial mineral water and excisiale under the tariff head 2201.90
