04 February 2016 i m deducter and one of my deductee expired on 01-01-2016.....in this case shall i deduct TDS with deceased PAN?....or shall i deduct TDS with his legal heir's PAN...

04 February 2016 If you are making payment to legal heir deduct under legal heir PAN,
if you made payment to person who is deceased its okay deduct tds under his pan only legal heir can file return and claim tds refund if eligible,
