we are manufacturing cosmetic products and want deal inter state for bill , means if it is for gujarat how shall we make the bill?

26 November 2011 If you are manufacturing unit than excise duty is charged upon you, so it's irrelevant to defer within the state bill or outsided state bill becasuse Excise duty is Central level tax not state level tax. so you can prepare bill like as state level bill noting can be changed.
