20 December 2009 i want to start an institute for professional accountants. for that will I have to form a private limited company or something else? Also what would be the contents of memorandum of association and the format of MOA.

20 December 2009 After introduction of ATC by ICAI and CAT by ICWA; there seems little scope in future to form such type of institute.

However; you can open such types of institutes without forming any private limited company.

For contents of M/A & A/A; you need not worry much. Hire the services of CA or CS who are engaged in Company Formation who will make suitable clauses about imparting education, training etc. to students.

Their charges is around Rs.5,000/- only for such type of services.
