10 January 2017 i do not understand the the word "' In case the periodicity is more than 2 months, the same will not constitute wages and no contribution will be payable as in the case of incentive bonus. "" . can you plz clarify this. also give some suggestion how to reduce the esi contribution and increase the in hand salary of office staff . we have facility management company.plz view ur opinion about this matter
