10 July 2013 I hv completed 4 months of my articleship and I am still doing vouching. my senior is just giving me Vouching part and doing rest of d work alone..
what should I do?? is that more than enough time for Vouching or not??

14 July 2013 1)don't need to bother you will get exposure on all areas of audit with experience and your observations in vouching

2)get nice observations and get appreaciation from boss..

3)Vouching is the only area to ensure the true and fair view of business transactions all major transactions is ascertained by vouching only

4)it all depends your quality of vouching of transactions

vouching does not mean verification as per books and records and authorized signature not found and all..do vouching by going in depth and understanding the process flow of organisation..

Audit procedures will varies with type of organisation service industry and manufacturing industry

14 July 2013 Have patience and do the work given to you eficiently .
After sometime your senior will see that u possess adequate knowledge and you are working sincerly applying the knowledge willassign u more serious areas of audit.
