how to do verification of fixed assets.

Simply follow -
1. See the physical existence of the assets as appearing in the books. Refer fixed assets register maintained by the company.
2. Examine the legal documents pertaining the assets i.e. Title Deeds etc.
3. Examine the valuation whether matching with the book figures.
