Hi,
Recently my company has received a payment from one of my client but they have not paid me the VAT/CST as there was some problem in the billing at their end.
Kindly confirm whether i need to pay VAT to the government against this bill or not?

yes u wil have to... vat is ur liability.. whether party pay it or not u had to deposit it
