An EOU unit in Tamil Nadu pays input tax credit on purchase of packing materials, capital good spares, vehicles spares. Is it eligible to get refund of this Input tax paid.. If s... what is the time limit and procedure to apply...

In case VAT always write name of state. because rules varies state to state.
