05 February 2012 In automobile dealership we give the assessories free of cost with car. The assessories is purchased on CST. Is vat applicable on FOC sale in haryana?

06 February 2012 FOC is not covered under "SALE". So there is no question of VAT / CST on FOC Transactions

06 February 2012 Basically the value of the goods sent on FOC is already included in the value of the other goods sold and factored for.. so there is no VAT implication on goods when sent on FOC.
