31 October 2012 In Kerala state KVAT audit report has to be obtained in form 13 along with prescribed details in form 13A and it has to be filed electronically on or before 30th November 2012 for the FY 2011-12.

Like wise each state has differently numbered forms and cut off dates for which you may refer the respective state laws.
