If an oranisation hire a printing machine for office use and its paying the rent in monthly basis in that VAT is applicable?

10 July 2013 Please note that VAT is a STATE subject matter so you should have mentioned your State in question.

Rent on Machine is an expenses so VAT does not applies.

However, RENT (depending upon the amount) may attract Service Tax and TDS.
