hai,
while processing payment of bills i found some vendors are charging vat inclusive of transportation.
transporatation is chargeable under vat?
can anybody help

if the contract of sales are made to be delivered at factory point inclusive of transport charges, i.e variation of transport value will not effect the order value inclusive of transport charge, then they can charge.
