A partnership firm registered to TNVAT. now it like to bill each product with a common brand name with the registered entity tin is it poss?
Eg:
ABC Firm - Orig registered name with valid TIN
Can it bill like ABC - Bricks
(ABC Firm - TIN - xxxxxxxxx)
ABC - Sand
(ABC Firm - TIN - xxxxxxxxx) is this valid under VAT Act?
Eg:
ABC Firm - Orig registered name with valid TIN
Can it bill like ABC - Bricks
(ABC Firm - TIN - xxxxxxxxx)

(ABC Firm - TIN - xxxxxxxxx) is this valid under VAT Act?

Yes but you have to maintain the name in which you are registered under VAT and brick can be made as BRICK DIVISION and so on.
