How to calculate value per share.(All assets-Liabilities=BVS/no of equity shares-is correct) Pre operative expenses has to be considered or not in calculating BVS

12 July 2011 book value means intrinsic value, and misc expenses are not assets as name implies so need to be excluded from computation.
